absolutely the worst customer service. we have been customers for 5+ years and was told by Paresh Yadav the branch "manger" that he would loose his job if he cashed my payroll check for $700 bucks lol...I mean the nerve, he had no consideration for our account type, the fact that we usually have direct deposit and our avg balance. did not even take a second and simply said I cannot do it, why is he the manger if he cant do anything. And I know for a fact he can make the exception if he had done a little more digging.
