STAY AWAY FROM RAKSHA!! She is extremely dangerous! She repeatedly kept applying unbearably hot wax on my sensitive area, didn't even care to ask if the temperature was right for me (a customary formality employees are required to ask). I kept politely insisting to kindly temper it down but she became very aggressive and upon further insisting, she walks out of the room job half-done leaving me alone in the room! Extremely humiliating. I contacted the local management (first to Cecilia and then to Steven who owns UC franchise) and they both sounded very defensive and refused to take responsibility for her actions. I gave a bad review on yelp and then the next thing I see is a bunch of hate messages (via Compliment feature on Yelp) which I think are from direct connections of Raksha. (see attached screenshot) It all makes sense now why and how Raksha has been able to maintain all 5 star ratings. Very unfortunate and sad. Please stay away from this center. They all seem like a big scam to me. Go to the Fremont EWC instead. I've been going there for the past couple of years and they're such nice people. Never had a bad experience there.
