On the day of installion and delivery, the tech called me to inform me that he was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call. On arrival he had a fully stock truck and a good selection of waterheaters.

He installed the waterheater, up-to-code, in a amazing 1-1/2 hour. The job he did was great and showed workmanship. He even sweep the floor of debris - amazing in this day.
